I am new here, spent sometime looking for information- couldn't find it. When you pair a device (in my case bluetooth speakers) Windows 7 may install some necessary drivers and then you should be good to go. Once you turn the radio on, Windows 7 will display various prompts.If these fail Uninstall the Driver, restart PC to reinstall. Right click Start button to access Device Manager, locate Bluetooth device (if necessary from View tab Show Hidden Devices), on Driver tab see if Roll Back is available, if not try Update Driver, first automatically, then Browse, then Let Me Pick to try all previously installed Drivers.Not interested in USB or PCMCIA solutions. It is free and it will secure your system.
